Do you deliver outside Lahore?
Yes. Delivery is free anywhere in Pakistan and tracked end to end. Most orders inside Lahore arrive the next day; other cities take two to three working days.
Can I return a laptop if it is not right?
You have 30 days. Send it back in the condition it arrived, with the box and accessories, and there is no restocking fee.
Do you offer instalments?
Any order can be split into interest-free instalments at checkout. Bring your CNIC for an in-shop instalment plan.
Are the used machines tested?
Every unit is opened, cleaned, benchmarked and battery-tested before it goes on the shelf. Battery health is stated on the listing as a percentage.
What warranty do I get?
Every machine carries a shop warranty against hardware faults. Bring the laptop and your receipt to the shop and we will diagnose it while you wait.
Can you upgrade the RAM or storage before delivery?
Usually yes, and it is cheaper than doing it later. Tell us what you want when you order and we will quote the parts and fit them before it ships.
Can you spec laptops for a whole team?
Yes. Send the headcount and what each role runs, and we will quote a matched set on a single invoice, with staggered delivery if you need it.
Do you buy or trade in old laptops?
We do. Bring it in for a free valuation, or send us the model and condition and we will give you a range before you travel.
Which payment methods do you take?
Cash and card in the shop, and bank transfer or card online. Card payments are processed by the gateway, never stored by us.
The laptop I want is out of stock. What now?
Ask us. Stock moves weekly and we can usually tell you when the next one lands, or point you at a machine with the same performance for the money.
