This page explains what we collect when you use this site, why, and what we do not do with it.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and phone number. We need these to take payment and deliver the machine. When you contact us we keep the message so we can answer it.
The site records basic, anonymous usage data — which pages are visited and from where — so we can tell what is useful and what is not.
Payment details
Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on our servers. We can see that a payment succeeded; we cannot see your card number.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details, rent them, or pass them to anyone except the courier who is delivering your order.
Your choices
Ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, and we will.
