Delivery
Delivery is free anywhere in Pakistan and tracked from the moment it leaves the shop. Orders inside Lahore usually arrive the next working day. Other cities take two to three working days.
You can also collect from the shop. Order online, choose collection, and we will have the machine set up and waiting.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery. Send the laptop back in the condition it arrived, with the box and accessories, and we will refund you in full. There is no restocking fee.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will arrange the pickup.
Warranty
Every machine carries a shop warranty against hardware faults. Bring the laptop and your receipt in and we will diagnose it while you wait. Accidental damage, liquid damage and normal battery wear are not covered.
Instalments
Any order can be split into interest-free instalments at checkout. For an in-shop plan, bring your CNIC.
